The Pennsylvania Turnpike has begun a new toll collection system - Open Road Tolling (ORT).  ORT is a cashless, free-flowing mode of collecting tolls without the traditional toll booths or toll plazas.  In Eastern Pennsylvania, new highway speed collection points are being built along the roadway between interchanges using Precast Concrete Gantry Columns.  At the close of 2023, PennStress has produced 32 Precast Concrete Gantry Columns using an Ashlar Form Liner wrapping the corners to create the stone look on the fascia of the columns.
