The design/build project scope for PennDOT District 6-0 included the design and construction of a new building as well as a precast open parking structure.  The parking garage was constructed two levels above ground and would accommodate approximately (250) parking spaces with an estimated 86,000 square feet.  The architectural exterior included thin brick, exposed aggregate, and sandblasted precast concrete to achieve the desired look.
