This URA Pittsburgh Technology Center Garage III was constructed as a 6-story, 2-bay, 700-space parking garage.  The structural system is precast, prestressed concrete; the architecture includes precast spandrel panels, curtain wall glazing, and perforated metal screen elements; and on the top roof level, the building includes a full-coverage solar panel array.  PennStress produced 583 total precast/prestressed concrete members for the garage including architectural white and architectural gray colored concrete.
